Hi Mike,
I have run Morphologika successfully with that amount of landmarks and
several hundred specimens. So the program should be able to handle it
without problems. Do the data run fine in other software, or is it
possible that there is just a fault with the 145th specimen that offsets
the information contained in the remainder?

I have some colleagues who are using Morphologica on Windows 7. They
have a rather large data set with 60 landmarks. After the 146th
specimen, the program apparently returns junk. Is the program able to
handle a larger data set than this, and if not is there any way around
the problem apart from reducing the number of landmarks?

Thanks, Mike
