I hope this helps Carmelo morphmet <[email protected]> ha scritto:
-------- Original Message -------- Subject: How to Make Graph of Centroid Size vs. Shape Score Date: Tue, 26 Jul 2011 09:20:23 -0400 From: Maggie Johnson <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Hi everybody, my name is Maggie and I am working with MorphoJ and morphometrics to study shape variation in avian mandibles. We are making PC plots of our data and need to make a plot with Centroid Size on the x-axis and Shape Score on the y-axis. Currently the graph has the first principal component on the x-axis and the second principal component on the y-axis. We aren't sure where to go in the program in order to change this and could use some help. If you could point us in the right direction, we would be very thankful!
