Dear Maggie,
personally, I would simply export data (shape variables and centroid
size) out of MorphoJ and then I would use another software (a
statistical software such as STATISTICA, SPSS, NTSYS or a specialized
plotting software) to make the plot.
I hope this helps
Carmelo

Hi everybody, my name is Maggie and I am working with MorphoJ and
morphometrics to study shape variation in avian mandibles. We are making
PC plots of our data and need to make a plot with Centroid Size on the
x-axis and Shape Score on the y-axis. Currently the graph has the first
principal component on the x-axis and the second principal component on
the y-axis. We aren't sure where to go in the program in order to change
this and could use some help. If you could point us in the right
direction, we would be very thankful!

Sincerely,
Maggie Johnson and Ariana Masi
