Hello,
My name is Brian Boivin and I am a Master's student in Quebec studying
juvenile atlantic salmons. My problem with CoordGen arises from the
fact that some individuals were photographed on the left side and
others on the right side before landmarks were added with TPSDIG. When
I load the TPS files in CoordGen to obtain Bookstein Coordinates, the
individuals that were facing the right side become upside down and
cannot be compared with the left-facing individuals. Now, I could get
the coordinates, transfer them into Excel, and multiply the y's by -1
and I would then be able to compare them with the left-facing
individuals. But I wont be able to use Excel as input for the IMP
softwares. Does anyone have a suggestion? My email is
[email protected]. Thanks
B.B
