I want to use symmetric data generated from the landmark outlines of the points, which have bilateral symmetry (but are asymmetric in reality). I've done this in LMedit7 and MorphoJ, but the CVA analyses in CVAGen7a and MorphoJ appear to produce diffferent results. Could this be because the programs create symmetry differently?
