Jair, I use eigenshape analyses frequently and would be happy to help
you, however I am in the field with limited web access until Monday,

following to understand the process and application of eigenshape
analysis: Krieger et al 2007, Generating empirically determined
continuous measures of leaf shape for paleoclimate reconstrucction and
MacLeod 1999, Generalizing and extending the eigenshape method of shape
