I have sent you a .pdf of:

Rohlf, FJ, and M Corti. 2000. “Use of two-block partial least-squares to
study covariation in shape.” SYSTEMATIC BIOLOGY 49 (4) (December): 740-753.

Hi,

I looking for a paper where PLS and Canonical Correlation analysis are
compared. I am interested to correlated shape onto environmental
variables and I want to know if there is a good reason to prefer one
over the other (I am leaving autocorrelation "problems" apart for the
moment).

Sincerely,

pancho

Dear Hanen,
There is a paper in press which uses PLS and should give you some guidance:
Jarrín-V., P. and P. Menendez. 2011. Environmental components and
boundaries of morphological variation in the Short-tailed Fruit Bat
(Carollia spp.) in Ecuador. Acta Chiropterologica: in press.
This manuscript should come out by the end of this year or early 2012.
Cheers,
Pablo Jarrín

Hi evrybody,

Please, Could someone help me and show me how can I use PLS in Tps
program, in order to study influence of envirenmental component on skull
shape

Thanks
Hanen
