Then you export it as morphologika. Finally you add bits of info you want (groups, wireframes, names etc.) in the notepad++ or another free editor, and save it as plain DOS/text. The nts format is explained in almost any program of Rohlf's TPS series. Just remember to remove labels (L in the first row) and the corresponding names of variables and specimens. To my experience Mlogika likes to have only numbers in nts. Despite all te new stuff around (I agree that Morphoj is a superb software and possibly the one I use now more often), I still love Morphologika: it's free, userfriendly, has a nice visualization, does most of the important stuff and allows to export shape data to do other things elsewhere. Good luck Andrea On 7 October 2012 00:56, <morphmet_modera...@morphometrics.org> wrote: > > ----- Forwarded message from "Lewis, Dr. Donald" ----- > > Date: Fri, 5 Oct 2012 19:51:25 -0400 > From: "Lewis, Dr. Donald" > Reply-To: "Lewis, Dr. Donald" > Subject: Re: still having problems > To: morphmet@morphometrics.org > > Nick, > The sets aren't identical.
