Subject: Designating semilandmarks from
curves?
To: "morphmet@morphometrics.org"

Hello all,
I’m (very) slowly making progress learning how to get the most out of the various software packages, but having a difficult time figuring out how to move from curves digitized in tpsDig2 to semi-landmarks.
I have four homologous points on my specimens, and three curves resampled to ten, ten, and fifteen points each, respectively. I would like to convert these curve points to semi-landmarks rather than landmarks, as tpsUtil seems to do.
Can someone help? I seem to be somewhat lost here.
Thank you!
