There is no such thing as a
stupid problem.
I believe you can set the scale in tpsDig (or, more
accurately, tpsDig2, as this is the program with which I am more familiar) using
the following steps:
1) Open the Image Tools window. This can be done
either by clicking the icon with all the tools on it or through the Options
window.
2) In the Image Tools window, select the Measure tab.
3)
Click the "Set Scale" button
4) On the actual image, draw a line along the
object representing your known distance (for example, along the edge of your
ruler from the 1 cm mark to the 2 cm mark).
5) In the Image Tools window,
enter the magnitude and units for your known distance in the Reference Length
slot.
6) Press OK in the Image Tools window.
More information about
setting the scale can be found in the manual (go to Help -> Contents) under
Using this Program: Image tools window.
Hope that
helps,
James

I´m sorry. I´m sure it is a stupid problem, however, I can´t set the scale on TpsDig. Can you tell me how to do it?
Thank you
