That can be read directly into MorphoJ by selecting NTSYS format option (they're identical) on the new dataset menu. I am using the UC Davis Landmark Editor software to generate my landmarks and I noticed a problem with the format of the text files Landmark produces. They are .pts format. That is, they are not comma delimited as needed for use in MorphoJ. Is there a script or program out there that accepts the .pts files generated in Landmark and formats them for MorphoJ? Thanks as always! William Ary MS Candidate, Berta Lab Department of Biology San Diego State University williamjames...@gmail.com ----- End forwarded message ----- ----- End forwarded message -----
