Subject: tpsPLS & tpsUtil updates
To: morphmet@morphometrics.org
I just made what should be relatively small changes to tpsPLS and tpsUtil.
In tpsUtil I repaired the “split TPS file” option so it would work as the “split NTS file” option. Should be useful if you wish to split a complete dataset into separate groups. It does assume the members of each group are contiguous in the file.
In the tpsPLS software I simply intended to add numbering of points to both ordination plots. However, that program had not been updated or even compiled since 2009 so many internal changes were need to be compatible with the current compiler. Seems to work ok now. I also eliminated a number of “memory leaks”.
Now I can enjoy the rest of today’s holiday!
