Judith, add the two points as if they were 
standard landmarks. You'll do it for all specimens. 
Then you either load the file in TPSUtil and 
specify the semilandmarks as explained in the 
help file or you write a slider file manually. 

Say that semilandmarks are landmarks 10 and 11 
and they have to be slid 'between the boundaries' 
set by 9 and 12, then your slider file will be 
(if I remember well how to make them!):
1 2 3 0
9 10 11
10 11 12
Save the txt file with nts extension and you're done.
