Subject: Warping surface problems with EVAN toolbox
To: morphmet@morphometrics.org

Hi everyone,

I just became member of the EVAN society and installed the EVAN toolbox. I have been using it with a database (landmarks and semi-landmarks) I gathered from 3D models using the Landmark software. Everything is actually working fine, however when I import a surface (which has been used to gather the data on one of the specimens of the database) in order to observe shape transformations on it, the software report this runtime error: "[GPA Node] Error warping surface to mean. Data is singular". The analysis is nevertheless going through, and I can visualize both the landmarks and the surface, but the deformations cannot be observed on the surface.
I tried the whole procedure using the example data provided with the software and it does work perfectly.

Any suggestions about what I should do?

Thanks,

Aurélien
