Dear All,

I am currently organising my masters project within which I plan to compare 2D shapes extracted from images. I am having real issues with one aspect of the project as I am extracting shapes from a pattern but I want to compare the whole image instead of the isolated images which form it. TPSDig however, will only allow me to outline the shapes separately - basically I want the software to recognise it as one shape as opposed to many and do not know how to, or if it is possible to achieve this. I have attached an example of one of the shapes – if anybody could help I would be highly appreciative.

Kind Regards,

Lindsay
