Hi all,
A new version of geomorph (vsn. 1.1-2) is now up on the CRAN website (http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/geomorph/index.html ). In addition to a few bug fixes and changes to some graphics interface (as per new CRAN rules), the following new features are included:
1: The function bilat.symmetry() now outputs the symmetric and asymmetric shape components for all specimens
2: Pairwise comparisons among groups may be performed using the new function pairwiseD.test()
