Hi Morphomet,

I'm relatively new to GMM. I am conducting a study where I want to examine the
phylogenetic signal (PHS) in cranial bones in hominoids. I would like know some
opinions on whether there is an preferred method: Semilandmarks or single
point? I am working with a large sample using Landmark.exe and CT data.

Does anyone have any opinions on which landmarking methods are more informative
for phylogenetic signal? Is there any differences in outcome?

Thanks for help in advance!

Cheers
