Subject: P value in permutation test in morphoj : please help
To: "morphmet_modera...@morphometrics.org" <morphmet_modera...@morphometrics.org>

Hello
What value we look for to tell some analysis is significant phylogenetic singla we do permutation test of 1000 rounds. Is this p value 0.05 or less than that.
If I have 0.34, is that rejects the null hypothesis of no phylogenetic signal?
Thank you.
