Hello all,
We have just uploaded version 1.1-5 of geomorph to the CRAN repository. This version contains enhancements and changes to the 2D and 3D digitizing routines and help files, as well as some graphical enhancements allowing group coloration in several plots.
Additionally, there is a new function that estimates and compares net rates of shape evolution over time on phylogenies (see Adams 2014: Syst. Biol.). The approach generalizes comparative methods for single-valued traits (e.g., O’Meara et al. 2006) for the case of high-dimensional multivariate data.
NOTE: Mac/OS users: The CRAN folks have not yet compiled the Mac binary. However, one can install directly from the main tarball found on CRAN (the Windows binary has been generated).
