Subject: GMM, Oak leaf form, Help
      To: "morphmet@morphometrics.org"

Dear,

I'm a student working on Leafs morphology of Oak hybrids.
I have followed the protocol of Vincenzo Viscosi and Andrea Cardini.
 http://www.plosone.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0025630

The Aim of my study :
In my study area there is only two described Hybrides in the literature. I
would like to check by using GMM, if there is other hybrids.

I would like make a clusters of the sampled trees without separating them on
differentes populations and compare the typical leaf form of each groupe with
the botanical discription.

I have a sample of 84 trees, where I have selected 10 leaves per tree with
repitition (then I got 20 images/ tree). I have digitized 11 landmarks per
leave for the 84 trees, as specified in the Protocol,

My question is:
Could you please, show me the next steps in order to make an unsupervised
classification or other techniques to define groups of trees.

Thank you in advance
