Sorry if I was unclear. When the new list is up and running, everyone
currently subscribed will be added and have the opportunity to accept
the invitation to join the new list. DO NOT email such requests now -
current users don't have to do anything until they are contacted by me.
So as you are not in the dark, this is what is about to happen:
1) transfer the domain morphometrics.org to a new service. This may take
awhile to register across the interwebs and will break my
morphometrics.org email
2) re-establish my morphometrics.org email address.
3) create new www.morphometrics.org web page.
4) create new morphmet mailing list - morphmet@morphometrics.org
5) play with new list to identify any problems
6) port the current morphmet subscription list (1100+) At that time, you
will receive an email message inviting you to accept your subscription
to the new list.
If all goes well, the above might take only a day or so. If it doesn't, ????
There are a couple of details I need to research before starting the
process, but I am getting close.
