Dear all, I am studying toward MSc. and my research work is on truss morphometrics (shape analysis to be specific) where I will be comparing some body parts of male and female squilla. However it is my first time working with Morphoj such that am having problems with superimposition and subsequent analyses.
I have been doing literature review and am able to load the tps file in Morphoj, then do preliminaries such as Procrustes fit, generate covariance matrix and principal components analysis. Thereafter am stuck I don't know what to do next. Therefore I will be grateful if someone would guide me through preferably from the beginning.
