Dear morphomet community. I need some help, I performed a Procrustes ANOVA in MorphoJ to estimate FA in a structure with matching symmetry. Now, I want estimate the variance components of the three random factors to assess the relative contribution of these to the total variation. Does someone give some clue to solve this? I have the idea that I need to use the Mean Squares but I don't realize how proceed.
