Dear Morphometric Community, I am using MorphoJ for analyses and would like to record the Procrustes Distance between individuals and their mirrored reflections. I'm not seeing an obvious place where this information is displayed (like it is between the consensus shape and each individual). Does anyone know where I can extract this? The software calculates the distance when considering the asymmetric component during analyses with object symmetry, so it must be somewhere.
