I have just uploaded ver. 1.10 of tpsSuper to the Stony Brook
morphometrics server. I have just added the ability of the program to
unwarp a series of images to a fixed reference configuration.

The purpose of this was to remove distortions in images where a set of
fixed fiducial points are available in all images. The images are
unwarped so that the fiducial points are in perfect alignment. The
images can then have the usual landmark points or outlines digitized on
the corrected images. This should result in more accuracy.

To accommodate this addition, I have added a Mode entry on the Option
menu. The usual image averaging and unwarping operation is the default
mode so the program can be used as before. For estimating predicted
shapes (as needed in tpsTree for example) and for registering images
against a standard you will need to select the appropriate mode. The
help file describes the sequence of steps to perform these calculations.

Thanks to Inka Tertinegg for suggesting this addition.
