Hi morphometricians,

we are currently working on the analysis of morphological variation in
vertebrate morphospace patterns at both macro and microevolutionary
levels. One problem of understanding variation is allometry and it
appears that at least one relative warp is highly correlated to CS, but
this is "a posteriori" controlling each warp for allometry.
It would be interesting to make a relative warp analysis on previously
"allometry-corrected" variation.

Is there any possibility to use tpsRelW in order to analyse AND
visualize
shape variation that is contained in the residual SS form tpsREG. (i.e.
the option used in tpsREG for analysis of common slopes).
We would like to export this residual information and continue the shape
analysis
with tpsRelW.

How could we do that?
All comments and ideas are highly appreciated!

Thanks in advance
