Thanx everyone for your feedback.  It is now clear to us that it is our
AFRL "parents" who are setting the controls to make sure we are not
doing anything inappropriate.  Unfortunately sometimes the controls
interfere with doing real work too.  It is almost (but not quite) as bad
as Microsoft.  Maybe if we get a few more politicians in office like
Arnold Schwarzenegger they will loosen up about those sites.  :-)
