I just wanted to add that I have software that will allow me to do pairwise Procrustes alignments of the surfaces, and landmarks for many subjects. It is the general alignments for large numbers of subjects that is the issue for me. Also, I want to be able to use the output from the alignments in large databases and other software, so I will need to get at the transformation matrices for a subject. If any of this software can be used for this purpose, it will save us the trouble of writing new software code.
