Erin, It seems this would be easy to do in a spreadsheet, but I use MorphoSys since I have it. This program can project two lines to find a vertex and then measure the angle between the lines. The program costs $250 but requires a $2000 out-of-production framegrabber that you can still get, along with MorphoSys from Exeter software. There may be someone at your institution that has the program, or I could run it here for you.
