Lessons are not simplistic and they are for diverse learners-levels.  I can 
attest to their depth and breadth.  As mentioned by a prior poster--they take a 
while to deliver well, sometimes 2-3 days for a lesson. the more you already 
have familiarity with Mosaic, use of strategies, and yourself as a reader--the 
better you will do with the toolkit.  I do not believe it would be good for 
people less familiar with strategies--it might be difficult to deliver well.
