I always ask this question, and I was surprised by the answer this year: What influences you most? TV, movies, adults, music, books, etc?
Most of my advanced students said "parents and other adults" Most of the regular students said, "TV, music, movies" Many said, "Nothing influences me." For the first time in all these years, no one said, "God or religion" Makes you think, doesn't it?
