I agree w/Bill.  Videotaping kids---especially for display on the
Internet--can present legal issues.  When I went through the National Board
process in 1998-99, I had to gather parent permission forms for using
student work and/or videotaping students in my entries.  AND I had to keep
the permission forms for 3 years (I think it was).  Custody issues, having
children of law enforcement officers (or high profile people) in our
classes, or simply respect for others' privacy, should make us wary of
posting video on the Internet.  Remember: this listserve is an open
forum----anyone can gain access to our files.
