June, Thank you! Do you have any other strategies that work really well for middle/high school? I've not used them in class yet, but what we've learned in grad school is as follows: Lit circles, Reader of the week, post-its, think-alouds, etc. Any particulars you have about any of these that really work well would be of interest to me.
