Fountas & Pinnell have a Comprehension book that is quite extensive that deals with all of the MOT strategies. Their phonics books for each grade level take on the "assessment" driven model of teaching. It is not canned and it takes some time to get started - However one easy and very quick way to get started is to use their monthly continuum, and offer those lessons. The CD that accompanies their phonics book makes creating all the lessons a snap and it allows for the creation of your own words and is open ended to make the games using what ever words you want.
