If by aimline you mean the grade level benchmark, yes we are.  I have
several students that have been below that benchmark all the time.  When you
say change the strategy does that mean do something else instead of the
progress monitoring?

Interestingly enough, when that question was asked at the training ~ they
talked about the three point decision rule. If you are monitoring and there
are three points under the aimline, then the strategy used to close the gap
needs to be changed, added to ...etc. Are you using an aim line?
