I am currently in school working towards obtaining my teaching license and have never actually been able to see a smartboard being used. I was wondering if there are any classes or tutorial sessions that teach people like myself how to use a smartboard and to show all the different functions that we can do with it? Smartboards seem like a great tool to have in the classroom, but how realistic is the chance that when I begin to teach I will have one in my classroom? They must be expensive and very hard to come by, especially for a 1st year teacher. Any words of advice or answers? Anything would help.
