Dear group,
I have lurked and learned SO much from all of you. I have shared so much
of your good ideas with my study group.
I am asking for some feedback about the maternity leave in your
district. Our district has suddenly started to enforce a clause in our
contract that
says after a leave of absence, we can only come back Sept 1st or Feb. 1st.
Since I am due Dec. 1st...my 12 weeks will be up after the Feb. 1 date. Anyone
else have such ridiculous rules? Any one know if they can legally make me
stay out?
