Ginger & Keith,

While I see your points, I would prefer to keep our discussion on the
listserv.  However, the book speaks more strongly than you do ;-) and I will
join in the discussion wherever it is hosted to the best of my ability.  I
will doing a fair bit of professional traveling in the next month (a week of
study at Hofstra University and the WLU Conference in Louisville.  Hopefully
I will have internet access.
