As you know, we had a server issue yesterday and this may have affected some of your memberships on this list. Specifically, some confirmations to memberships on MOT2 may not have been received. So, if you took the link and subscribed to MOT2 and don't see a message by the end of today, please contact me off-list so I can help solve your individual problem. Also, with MOSIC and MOT2 lists I'm seeing a lot of issues from remote servers (timeouts, refused connections, and "busy signals") and also issues with mailboxes not existing and being over limit. These issues really impact the "Quality of Service" (QOS) to everyone and are beyond my control. So sometimes you may see messages delayed for several hours as our server sifts through all the error messages.
