Hi Everyone,

I have been a lurker for awhile. I work closely with the other 3 reading
specialists in my district. We have
purchased Assessing Comprehension Thinking Strategies. We will be reviewing it
this summer and, if we don't use the assessments as Ellin presents them, we
will modify them according to the needs of our students at our individual
schools. Also, I only use sticky notes when I am teaching the kids to think
while they are reading and they are using a new strategy As soon as this
becomes habitual we don't use the sticky notes.
