I'm not sure what a transmission
paradigm is?
A transmission paradigm would be a theory in which a teacher thinks of
him or herself as transmitting all the knowledge into the student, who is an
empty vessel. The teacher has all the knowledge and delivers it to the
student. It is a more behaviorist theory compared to a teacher who believes
that
students construct knowledge.
