Hi, everyone.  After following the posts about Joy's struggles with her
instructional assistant and those addressing round robin reading, I have
been thinking hard about how I use my instructional assistant during reading
workshop.  

I teach a 4th/5th grade multiage class.  We are an inclusion school.  I'm
wondering if people  could share what ways they utilize their instructional
assistants during reading workshop that they have found to be effective.
