I completely feel your struggle. I looped unexpectedly from fourth to fifth several years ago and was in the same boat.
I found that the reading curriculum was very similar from one grade to the next (in N.C.). So I used many of the same strategy lessons but with different, more grade appropriate, texts. http://www.internet4classrooms.com/ has tons of websites for each grade level and subject. The Comprehension Toolkit lends itself better to fourth and fifth graders because most of the trade texts are at a higher reading level. I also use the the Week by Week Homework assignments (http://www.amazon.com/Homework-Building-Reading-Comprehension-Fluency/dp/0439271649). There is a 3-4 and a 4-5 edition. If I think of anything else in particular, I'll pass it along! Good luck!
