I completely feel your struggle.  I looped unexpectedly from fourth to
fifth several years ago and was in the same boat.

I found that the reading curriculum was very similar from one grade to the
next (in N.C.).  So I used many of the same strategy lessons but with
different, more grade appropriate, texts.

http://www.internet4classrooms.com/ has tons of websites for each grade
level and subject.

The Comprehension Toolkit lends itself better to fourth and fifth graders
because most of the trade texts are at a higher reading level.

I also use the the Week by Week Homework assignments
(http://www.amazon.com/Homework-Building-Reading-Comprehension-Fluency/dp/0439271649).
 There is a 3-4 and a 4-5 edition.
