All students are assessed at their grade level first. If they do not meet 
the benchmark at grade level, you continue with just one one minute probe 
dropping a class level each time until you find an instructional level. 
Then you will need to set the student up with an intervention and track his 
progress through the progress monitoring available on the aimsweb site.
