I love the sets that nat'l geog. has produced! I have used the  
immigrants set and the poisonous dart frogs with 8th graders. They were  
motivated to research the frogs, and the material generated great  
questions and predictions that were answered as they read. The 6th  
grade science and soc. st., and the 8th grade ELA teacher have all used  
different sets with success. It was nice to see the content teachers  
use them!
