110217030246 is a number on Ebay for grades 4 & 5 Interactive Read-Alouds Grade 4-5 Linking Standards, Fluency, and Comprehension. Includes Teacher's Guide and Lesson book and CD, published in 2007. It doesn't say "Hoyt" but I'm thinking that it may be the same one you're talking about. The seller has 2 available and the cost is just under $30. Take a look and see if it's the right one. I teach lower grades, otherwise I'd have bought one for myself.
If you're not familiar with Ebay, they have a link to "Ask the seller a question" and you could get more information. This may not be the teacher resource book, but may be the materials to use with the read alouds. It does look interesting, tho. (I have no direct interest in the sale of this book.
