So true on the ethical front.  When "the test" and how everyone "looks" on it 
becomes more important than developing strong, independent children that love 
learning and exploring ideas it's a sad day.  We do need to champion for what 
is right for the children we encounter everyday, and for the right to be the 
professionals we are, capable of making good choices for our students.
