One year I wrote "signed under duress" under my signature. (This was all when I had permanent status, of course, in a district where I had worked several years. I would not do this these days when I am still probationary and am already getting pink slips every year..... AND I DO NOT ADVOCATE THIS PRACTICE FOR ANYONE WHO IS NOT SECURE IN THEIR POSITION.... I'm just saying....
