One other list member got the "not valid" message. Not sure why this is
happening. 

The page is there and I've checked it from three different computers. About
20 people have already applied so everything appears to be working fine.

I can think of a couple things:

1. Browser - use Internet Explorer if you have it.
2. Make sure you have ALL of the link and that it ends with ".htm" (NOT
".html")
