Here is a web site that I found with a lot of information about RTI. It looks pretty new, but it might be a good place to start and to connect with some other people who are using the same approach. I would love to read what anyone who is actually using RTI (or going to soon) has to say about the website. I am the Campus Technology Coordinator at my school. I would like to be able to recommend resources if they are helpful.
