I've recently been given the position of "part-time" gifted teacher. I have been given the goal of increasing reading ability in those kids who meet the criteria, but are under performing. In addition I am to meet and extend those kids who have been "flagged" as having high reading ability. I am curious as wehat programs/ books/ frameworks you are all using in your schools. Being new to this area, I'm trying to digest all that I can.
